Using the Inventory Report we will accompany a tenant around the property on the day the let commences. The condition of the property and its contents are agreed upon by the tenant or their representative and our inventory clerk.
The report is signed by both the tenant and the inventory clerk acknowledging the property’s condition and any points raised are duly noted. The original 'Inventory' is amended where necessary and a detailed 'Check In' report produced.

This report will also include details of meter readings & keys issued.
